What is a digital guest book?
A digital guest book is one of Viding's services, eliminating the need for a physical guest book. All guest data is recorded on the dashboard.
Guests who check in at the venue using Viding's Digital Guest Book feature will automatically be recorded, so you can see who's actually attending your wedding.

How to use it?
Digital Guest Book Process:
1. Guests complete the RSVP form on the digital invitation.
2. Guests receive an email or WhatsApp message containing a QR Code for the address they entered on the RSVP.
3. Guests scan the QR Code at the venue.
At the event location:
1. Guests simply scan the registration QR Code on-site.
2. This process is usually assisted by an Usher who has been instructed by the Digital Guest Book team.

The price listed in the Digital Guest Book package does not include Ushers. You can use the Ushers you've provided, and they will be directed by the Viding technical team before your event begins. We also offer additional Usher packages if you'd like to use Viding's Ushers as well.

What if I use printed invitations too?
You can use the QR Code Generator feature on your dashboard. The check-in QR Code can be affixed to your printed invitation. Guests who receive the printed invitation with the QR code can simply scan it upon entering the venue.
Another solution is to send the QR code directly to your invited guests on WhatsApp. Don't want the hassle of sending it individually? Don't worry, guests can also register on-site by showing the printed invitation you provided.
