Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No, there is no limit on the number of digital invitations you can distribute or send. You can, however, limit the number of guests attending the event either generally or per individual guest name. For example: Guest A is limited to a maximum of 2 people, and Guest B is limited to a maximum of 4 people attending your wedding venue. You are free to manage your total guest count yourself.

I want my invitations to be divided between several types of invitations, is that possible?
Yes, you can. With the Split Invitation feature from Viding, you can divide the digital invitation into multiple event sessions. For just one payment, without any additional fees, you are free to divide it into various types of invitations.

I have my own design, can the invitation be made according to my design?
Yes, absolutely! With Viding Studio, you can create a fully Fully customized digital invitation using an interactive canvas display. You are free to arrange the design, color, text, and other visual elements as desired, so the results truly reflect your style and event concept.

Is there a maximum limit on the number of photos?
The maximum number of photos that can be uploaded in the gallery section is 15 photos.

Can the domain be changed?
The domain can be changed once by submitting a request to the Admin or the Digital Invitation Assistant.

Are there terms and conditions for changing the domain?
Make sure you have not sent the invitations yet. If the domain is changed, the URL of the invitation automatically changes, and the QR Code that has already been shared cannot be used anymore.

Can the invitation include the guest's name?
Yes, you can use the Personalized Invitation feature. Each guest name that is entered into the dashboard will automatically generate a specific link.

What is Auto Blast WhatsApp and how is it used?
Auto Blast WhatsApp allows you to send invitations via WhatsApp directly from the Viding dashboard. With one click, invitations can be sent to many numbers at once. The sender name (Viding) is WhatsApp-verified and has a green checkmark
How to use:
1. Make sure you have a Auto Blast WA quota in your dashboard.
2. Create an invitation message template.
3. Send it to the guests you've added to your invitation list.
Note: The sender's WhatsApp number must be verified and have a green checkmark.

What does RSVP mean?
RSVP is used to allow invited guests to confirm whether or not they will attend. This way, you can find out the total number of guests attending and prepare everything for your wedding more effectively and efficiently.

What is Editable Invitation?
Editable Invitation allows you to freely arrange elements of the invitation, such as: Theme, wording (text), photos, section arrangement, backsound (background music), font, and colors (available in some themes). These settings can be done independently through the Viding dashboard, or you can request assistance from the Viding team to adjust the content and input data on your digital invitation

Is there a team that assists with the digital invitation editing process?
Yes, you will be assisted by a professional team from Viding who is ready to help and answer questions about digital invitations. If you encounter difficulties or need assistance, you can directly contact the PIC Assistant who has been assigned to assist you during the Digital Invitation creation process.

How many times can I request editing and data input from the Viding team?
There is no limit to requesting digital invitation editing. However, for data input such as the guest list and WhatsApp Blast delivery performed by the Viding team, the maximum is only 3 changes or additions. If more than 3, you can add or change the data independently. Please ensure that the guest list and WhatsApp Blast data you provide are final before being submitted to the Viding team.

What is the Split Link feature and how is it used?
The Split Link feature is used to divide invitations into multiple sessions (for example, to divide guests into wedding receptions, reception session 1, reception session 2, and so on).

Every event created through the User Dashboard will automatically generate a link for each event.

What is the Table Management feature?
The Table Management feature in Viding allows you to easily arrange and provide information regarding the guest's position, specifically which chair or table they will be seated at when attending your wedding. When guests receive the digital invitation, they will also receive information about their seating location. Furthermore, if you use the Digital Guest Book package, after the guest scans the QR for check-in, the tablet scanner screen will immediately display their seating position.
